Each one of our technicians is trained by a network of ITS training centers that share the knowledge and experience of a global team of experts, which makes the services we provide globally exclusive. The primary purpose of ITS is to ensure that thyssenkrupp's service technicians are highly qualified to provide services in the various people transportation systems, manufactured by thyssenkrupp or other manufacturers in the market. This level of knowledge is achieved through reverse engineering studies and disseminated to teams through regular training sessions. This way, we can ensure that every technician is trained in the most recent technologies, in order to diagnose and solve any technical problem in our equipment.

We work with the latest and most advanced diagnostic tools. Thanks to diagnostic tools, based on mobile devices, developed by thyssenkrupp Elevators, our teams are equipped to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently, at any time. This is possible because of a unique tool called ITS box. It enables field technicians to connect their wireless device to most of the elevators from the main vertical transportation system manufacturers in the world.

Being able to count on thyssenkrupp's technical assistance network 24 hours a day, seven days per week is a major advantage. The ITS center is synchronized with that need and this means that contacting our experts outside of business hours will be no problem. And even if the problem is not solved remotely, our experts will meet up with the local technician so that, together, they can diagnose and solve the problem.

We replace parts quickly. Integrated within their operation, the ITS centers also have a large inventory of electronic, electric and mechanical spare parts, which cover all the main manufacturers of elevators, escalators and moving walkways, accessibility solutions and boarding bridges. The ITS center also has a repair lab and team of expert engineers on call for emergency repairs of control boards and frequency inverters.
